Course Details

Comprehensive Course

60 minutes of lessons with a tutor per week (which can be booked as a once-a-week lesson, or as three 20-minute lessons per week), and 3-4 guided self-study activities sent via the internet for you to learn throughout the week. These activities are designed to take 10-20 minutes each, meaning you receive approximately 60 minutes of extra resources.

Conversation Course

60 minutes of lessons with a tutor per week. This can be booked as a once-a-week lesson, or as three 20-minute lessons per week. Conversation courses are only available at levels where the learner can already speak conversational English.

Online Learning

Courses take place online, unless specifically agreed with the tutor. The programme used for online lessons shall be agreed between the tutor and learner, including Skype, Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams.
To take a course online, you will need an internet connection, a microphone, and headphones or speakers. A webcam is also beneficial (and recommended), but not essential.

Once you’ve decided whether you want to learn with OnWord Education, we can arrange a time for you to meet with your tutor.

If you have received a discount with us, please ensure that you include the discount code when contacting us to book your lessons. If you have received two discounts, the larger of the two will be applied. If you spoke to a representative or teacher from OnWord who offered a discount, but received no specific code, please include the time and date of the communication, so that we may rectify this and you may receive your discount.
